One fine day, my boss called me for some non value add assignment, which would be the last thing on earth to take up, provided, if asked for my opinion...
I, for sure didn't have an option to say No.. I was in a fix..i couldn't think of any situation so that I could accommodate myself.
This is one of the very common analogies, that everyone comes across in a day to day life. It was a big failure on my part because it was a compromise on my will ..and eventually, I gradually became the easiest toast for my boss every time in again.
Had i had customized myself to reflect "No" in my attitude, the victim could have been anyone else, but not me.
Why its so difficult for a lot of people to say no.?.why can't we be just true ...and stop pleasing some of the fastidious morons.
In a fit to please everyone. we end up compromising and then create a lot of turmoil in sub conscious of our minds, which is self acquisition of agony.
Customize to say no....Many a times your target audience needs to learn......no more compromises ...just a little customization to be contented.
Nicely written..... if every body will get motivated by this to bosses ki baj jayegi....
